          The CAC341 PLC Master Control System

·         With bright-lit touch screen designed with the most up to date technology to control up to 34 vacuum loaders assigned to a single vacuum pump and filter unit.

·         Based on a menu driven format through a quick response touch screen, the operator has access to all parameters for editing present data or entering new data.

·         All data revisions, new data entries or browsing is performed while the conveying system is in full operation, interruption of the system is not required. Continuous updated display provides visual indication of each station’s operating condition.

·         The system can be factory set to accept 120 VAC inputs and outputs or 24 VCD inputs and outputs.  All external demand sensors, volume sensors, fill solenoids and vacuum pumps/filter units are hard-wired back to the control system’s enclosure.

·         It easily replaces the original Convey pacer II as it matches the exact wiring  numbers
